Any article purchased online, except for Cosmetics and Fragrances, can be exchanged from our stores as well as online within 30 days of delivery, provided that the customer has proof of purchase.
Please note that articles purchased on discount or on sale are not eligible for exchange.
This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.
Articles are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and the original invoice is present. You will need to provide proof if you received an article that is defective, in the wrong size, or incorrect. For HOME article exchanges, it should be in Simaal's original HOME packaging. Similarly, articles delivered in boxes (such as Unstitched luxury products) must be returned with their original packaging.

It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after verification. In-store exchanges require customers to have the original invoice and all tags intact for the purchased article.

We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your doorstep.
Once we receive and verify the item(s), we will issue a credit voucher of the same value, which can be used for online store ONLY.
